In July 2001, Ewing testified while in the federal trial of the Atlanta club proprietor billed with facilitating prostitution. Ewing advised the court he obtained oral intercourse from dancers in the club in 1996 and 1997, but did not pay any revenue for that encounters and didn't feel that he was associated with an act of prostitution.????????????
